The Cascade Town Hall is available for rent by Cascade Township residents, as well as non-residents, for private events such as homeowner association meetings, holiday parties, graduations, and reunions. Reservations may be made by contacting the town clerk by email at email@example.com or simply fill out the application located on our documents page and mail it in to the Town Hall.
The Town Hall Rental Agreement and policy are listed below. You can check availability by looking at the Town Hall Calendar on the Calendar page, however the most up to date information will be obtained by contacting the Town Clerk.
The town hall has a large meeting room (29′ x 53′), a board meeting room (26′ x 25′), handicap accessible restrooms, and a food service area (13′ x 12′).
For events, the hall has 8′ tables (10), 6′ tables (5) and chairs (120 stacking banquet).
The food service area is equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, sink, and a modest selection of serving dishes, utensils, and flatware. Limited counter top appliances are also available.
Rate: Non-Township resident is $100.00 per event and $50.00 per event for a Township resident.
