The Cascade Town Hall is available for rent by Cascade Township residents as well as non-residents for private events such as homeowner association meetings, holiday parties, graduations, and reunions. Reservations may be made by contacting the town clerk by email at cascadetownclerk@outlook.com, or by simply completing the Town Hall Rental Application, mailing it to the Town Hall or emailing it to the address above.

The town hall has a large meeting room (29′ x 53′), a board meeting room (26′ x 25′), handicap accessible restrooms, and a food service area (13′ x 12′).
For events the hall has 8′ rectangular tables (12), 6′ rectangular tables (4), several odd-sized tables, and chairs (120 stacking banquet).
The food service area is equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, sink, and a modest selection of serving dishes, utensils, and flatware. Limited countertop appliances are also available.
Rate: Township Non-resident is $150.00 per day/event and $75.00 per day/event for a Township resident payable by 2 separate checks. (Cascade Township cannot accept credit or debit card payments.)
